Confirm the examination and preparation
When you enquire, share the examination name shown on your referral if you have one. The clinic can then provide preparation guidance for that examination. Do not rely on general online instructions when the clinic has given you specific advice.
02 · What to bring
Bring the information relevant to your scan
- Your referral or request form, if one was provided.
- Relevant previous imaging or reports, if available.
- Any preparation instructions the clinic sent you.
03 · At the clinic
Allow time to arrive and check in
Agate is on the 3rd Floor, B-Wing at Doctor’s Park. If you expect to arrive outside the published opening hours, contact the clinic before travelling.
04 · After the examination
Ask how your results will be provided
Result timing and delivery can vary by examination. Ask the clinic what applies to your scan, then discuss the imaging findings with the healthcare professional who referred you.
